Mainstage Theatre Company ("MTC") agrees to provide the quantity of merchandise ordered through your pre-order form. By purchasing merchandise in advance, you ("Customer") agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Customer agrees to pick up merchandise before the first and final scheduled performances of Freaky Friday, dated for December 8th to December 11th, 2022.
2. Customer agrees that MTC is not responsible for delivering purchased merchandise and pick up will be made available at each Freaky Friday performance.
3. Customer agrees that MTC is not responsible for any merchandise, not picked up, before the final performance of Freaky Friday, dated for December 11th, 2022 at 7:30 PM.
4. Customer agrees that no Merchandise will be confirmed unless Customer has provided MTC payment, in full. No refunds will be provided for payments made by the Customer. If item is broken upon receipt, the item will immediately be replaced with available stock.
